SteelCore Precision Metals Inc. is an Ontario-based precision fabrication and contract manufacturing company supporting OEM and industrial customers with fabricated components, assemblies and repeat production requirements.
Our capabilities include CNC punching, forming, shearing, welding, drilling and assembly, with additional processes coordinated through an established supplier network. From first article and pilot production through recurring supply, we work with customer who value responsive service, dependable quality and consistent delivery.
SteelCore builds on more than 30 years of hands-on manufacturing and fabrication experience, with a continued focus on investing in equipment, tolling and processes that strengthen our ability to support long-term production programs.
Our goal is simple: become a reliable manufacturing partner for customers requiring flexible capacity, repeat production, overflow support and second-source supply.

Located in Newmarket, Ontario, just minutes from Highway 404, SteelCore supports manufacturers throughout the GTA and across Ontario. Our facility is equipped for precision fabrication, repeat production and responsive industrial manufacturing support.

Leadership & Manufacturing Experience
Doug MacDougall, President and CEO
Doug MacDougall brings more than 30 years of precision manufacturing and fabrication experience to SteelCore Precision Metals. A certified Precision Metal Fabricator, Doug has worked across aerospace and defense, commercial, and automotive manufacturing environments, developing extensive experience in precision fabrication, production processes and complex component requirements.
His background includes CNC punching, precision forming, layout, and machine programming, with experience supporting programs for major manufacturers including Honeywell, Bombardier, Bell Helicopter, Mack Truck, and Volvo.
Today, that experience guides SteelCore's focus on OEM production, contract manufacturing, repeat fabrication and overflow support. With a practical understanding of materials, tooling, production workflows and quality requirements, SteelCore works with customers to move requirements from first article through repeat production with consistency and dependable delivery.
Marta MacDougall, President and COO
Marta brings over 20 years of operational experience across the not-for-profit, healthcare, and legal sectors. At SteelCore, she leads business operations, customer experience, and strategic growth — ensuring every aspect of the company runs with precision and care.
Her responsibilities include financial oversight, customer relations, marketing, and team development, all with a focus on quality, communication, and efficiency. Marta also ensures regulatory compliance and safety, helping maintain SteelCore’s reputation for professionalism and reliability.
